The enrollment fee of CAD $110 (USD $80) and the accommodation service charge of CAD $185 (USD $135) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are made to the person or agent who has made the payment and fees are non-transferable.

Refunds in Cases of Withdrawal

  • Written notice must be provided by you if you decide to withdraw or cancel.
  • Liaison Training Centre will refund, except for CAD $110 (USD $80), all money paid by visa students who are denied authorization by the Canadian Embassy or Consulate, or do not receive authorization prior to the start of a program of study, provided that
    • The student notifies Liaison Training Centre of the circumstances for not receiving authorization on or before the first day the program of study is scheduled to begin; and
    • Within a reasonable time, provides documentation of the circumstances to Liaison Training Centre, including the original letter of refusal from Canada and returning the original letter of acceptance from Liaison Training Centre.
  • If written notice of withdrawal is received less than five (5) calendar days after the contract is made, Liaison Training Centre will refund the tuition save for an administration fee of 10% of funds due under the contract, to a maximum of $100.
  • If written notice of withdrawal is received thirty (30) calendar days or more before the start of a program of study, Liaison Training Centre will return the tuition save for 10% of the funds due under the contract, to a minimum of $100.
  • If written notice of withdrawal is received less than thirty (30) calendar days before the start of a program of study, Liaison Training Centre will return the tuition save for 20% of the funds due under the contract.
  • This policy does not apply to students who have received a student visa. Under no circumstances are any refunds given after a student visa is obtained.

Refunds After the Program of Study Starts

  • If written notice of withdrawal is received or a student is dismissed within 10% of the program of study's duration, Liaison Training Centre will return the tuition save for 30% of the funds due under the contract, subject to a minimum of CAD $840 for the first four (4) weeks tuition.
  • If written notice of withdrawal is received or a student is dismissed, within 30% of the program of study's duration, Liaison Training Centre will return the tuition save for 50% of the funds due under the contract, subject to a minimum of CAD $840 for the first four (4) weeks tuition.
  • If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 30% of the program of study's duration, no refund will be made.
  • Refunds owing to students will be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification of withdrawal, or within thirty (30) days of Liaison Training Centre's written notice of dismissal.
